These are the steps:
- Request your eye doctor send your records to you. Make a copy of your records. Please include a color copy of your corneal mapping. Color corneal mapping is a very important tool to determine your candidacy. If you have not had a color corneal mapping please speak with your doctor about having this performed so you can send these with your records.
- Mail us a cover letter with your complete name and contact information. State that you would like Dr. Rajesh Khanna to perform a record review for IntacsŪ treatment for keratoconus.
- Enclose with your letter a copy of your records.
- Mail to: Dr. Khanna will contact you to discuss the review.
Please Note: A favorable record review does not guarantee candidacy for surgery. Dr. Khanna will personally examine you in his office to ensure you may benefit from the surgery.
